Very happy with Simon's approach to our rat problem. He was flexible to fit around my timing, and got on with the job promptly and cleanly. When I had to call him back he responded quickly and professionally. So far the issue appears to be resolved, and I would definitely use this company again if we encounter any more problems.

Excellent service, prompt and effective

Had a bad flea infestation grow in the house. With my dog treated and after 5 cans of flea spray - they just kept coming back, up the walls and everything. Called DCS and spoke to Simon - who was friendly, punctual, and easy to contact with any questions.He came over at 8am to treat my home, with me safe to return by the afternoon. Ever since, I haven’t seen one flea anywhere at all - and it’s been around a month since his visit.This miracle worker, is worth every penny.
