This company go above and beyond in their cars and in the care they show their customers. They have integrity. They keep you informed along the way. Bought a 2 litre ford s max diesel for 6500, and within 3 days I took it back as it was drinking diesel like it was going out of fashion. Told it's a big car and I can expect low miles to the gallon. The car was averaging about 15 miles to the gallon!! Continuous warning lights flashing on the car and being told a guy that worked there was driving around in it with no problem. Either that was rubbish talk or the guy wasnt paying much attention driving it as the warning lights were easy to see. After a good hour decided it's best to have a refund as the rubbish coming out of the guys mouth was never ending.at one point I asked him to put down what he was saying in writing but he refused. He did lend us a car for a few days though after he refused to give us our old car back and this was only because I kicked off a little as I was being left with no car.we Bought a car from Arnold Clark in the end where the service was amazing. Paid same price for a newer car in perfect condition. Think twice before going here as we have been left out of pocket.

ABSOLUTE SHOCKER OF A COMPANYPUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AND 10 days later still nothingStill working on the car apparently.Asked to cancel my order and refund my depositAnd was told that they will not having it back .DO NOT BIT A CAR OFF THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYSI WORK DAMM HARD FOR MY MONEY AND IT IS VERY UPSETTING THAT THEY HAVE A DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICES.

1 star too much! Don't go anywhere near this place! Good prices on cars, but there's usually a reason! Bought a car from here, first month an issue with indicator stalk, took nearly a month to repair then engine died within 8months! (6 year old car on about 50k miles!) Never been serviced according to my mechanic.....£1800 later!!!! New engine needed etc. Refusal to accept any responsibility! Avoid like the plague!

My friend was desperate for a car and so we test drive but there was a problem needing repairing which was to be done and was but she had to put a deposit down. On going back she had decided the car was not for her but the deposit was not refunded, the answer was the car had been taken off Sales and repaired so could not refund. So beware do not put a deposit on anything, we did get back half our deposit but it wasn't forthcoming so best to not deal with this garage.
