Diabolical food. It was all very strange. We were staying nearby so checked the pub out on Maps. It got really good reviews and I went to the website and had a look at the menu. But when we arrived the menu was completely different and the food was laughably bad. Everything was out of packets, including chicken cooked in BBQ sauce, pasta in supermarket presto, a baked potato with sour cream dumped on top. I wouldn't have paid £5 in a cafe for those dishes.

The most beautiful place I have stayed, sadly I only booked 1 night, amazing views in a nice and comfy room. Also a great host, very polite and cheerful. I have to add, my stay was a little over a year ago.

May the owner is brilliant so welcoming and down to earth very friendly hotel leave u to it but make u feel like part of the family at the same time will definitely be returning only stayed one night but that is all it has took to recommend to anyone that asks can't wait to come back.

Ate with the dog at our feet in the hotel bar a few weeks back, we both (humans) had the pizza which was hand and freshly made - no brake bros or catering frozen supplies here! Dog got fresh water and a biscuit. A calm place to eat and get a beer.

Lamb Shanks were great and nice table beside the fire in the bar area ( choose that over restaurant as it didn't have the log fire ). Girlfriend said the cocktail was great and the server was friendly and polite.

Had yet another great stay here at the Munro Inn Strathyre.. New years eve was brilliant May and Steve really go over and above for their guests.. We stayed in room 7the Wallace room with dual aspect windows offering superb views of Ben she and and beyond. The snow really made the view even better. Breakfast was amazing as usual. Dinner was fab last night and looking forward to tonight dinner...thats if I can prize myself out if this comfortable beeeeed !!!!

Nice people, family orientated, please tell the lass behind bar to get checked and double checked for black moss. It may make her blind. I'm the idiot who had a drink in her hotel and she came to BSH Strathyre after, please take it from an ostrich who does bury everything. Just get her checked. Its a killer

Spacious car park, got to sit next to fire for dinner. Staff were lovely. Nice cocktail selection, and were tasty! Had the duck and orange paté followed by lamb shank with veggies. All very nice and didn't take too long or was rushed. Reasonably-priced and note to pay at bar.
