Nail Point

Was fairly disappointed with the manicure service I received. My nails look mostly ok (if a bit bumpy in places), but at one point the technician went too deep into my nail bed and made me bleed which was really painful and had me wincing throughout the service. My finger is now scabbed and red.Overall the staff seemed quite hostile/disinterested. Once my manicure finished I was asked to wait for a manager to take my payment - I sat and waited for 15 minutes (even though there were 2 staff and only 1 other customer in the salon) until I had to ask the technician again whether I could pay, turns out the manager had been there the whole time but hadn’t been asked to take my payment.Overall, really not worth the money!

I have been going to Nail Point for a few years now and I always had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, inviting and very pink, and the services are top-notch. The nail technicians are very skilled and I always leave the place with beautiful gel nails, shellac or manicure, while the estheticians makes the waxing process comfortable and efficient. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for excellent nail and waxing services!

I visited this salon on a few occasions and I have never been to a salon that was so rude with their approach towards theirs clients. I walked in there expecting a friendly services and to be greeted with smiley faces instead i was made feeling very uncomfortable. My nails starting chipping after a few days of me getting it done and i must say this has been a very disappointing experience for me. very overpriced for the lack of quality and service you are getting for your money. I definitely will not be returning.. it’s just not worth the hassle of paying money for a very cheaply provided treatment and unfriendly atmosphere. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. Honestly, from the moment I walked in the reception was hostile. I asked about the prices which I found ridiculously high. However, I had an event to go to that day and this was the closest nail salon for me to get my nails done. Without a manicure just for gel nail polish it cost me £30 for some red tips to on my nails which was not even straight. The lady doing my nails was lovely but wasn’t very good. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning back.

I came here for first time a couple of weeks ago and they did my nails beautifully - very natural like I requested. Came back today and they are perfect again!

I was waiting for my partner having her nails done, which she was very happy with, and I decided to have a manicure and pedicure for the first time.Amazing experience, very relaxing with the foot bath and the results were great ! Never realised what a difference it would make to your hands and feet and the staff working at Nail Point were all very friendly and professional.Would 100% recommend the salon to men and women - great decor and prices seemed good value for money.Thanks - I will go again

Great place to get nails and eyebrows done.Jenny did a lovely pain-free job of threading my eyebrows. Really happy with the shape.Jenny then did a pedicure for me, with blood red Halloween style gel.Very happy with the staff and the services.

lady was in a rush weirdly. I paid 60£ for manicure&pedicure and I will try to fix my nails at home after paying this amount. I didn’t have time and didn’t want anything negative so I didn’t say anything to her but she didn’t even push-clean cuticles properly. Then she tried to paint it like that. It’s just a dirty-undone job. My nails normally have nice shape but after she painted and cut it that shape is gone too. she bled few of my nails. I’m not happy at all after paying 60£. pedicure was ok. He spent a lot of time. but Im not going to risk it by coming to this shop again in the future.edit:Im adding the pictures of my nails just after a couple of days. Im dropping 2 stars to 1 also. I couldn’t stand to it so I peeled them but look at the cuticles and everything. It’s worse than before and I now have to pay someone again to fix it.

Bit of an attitude problem here, seriously need to improve their customer service. Doesn’t take much to talk to people nicely and a simple “how are you”?However, was pleased with my manicure and pedicure, it’s the longest lasting one I’ve ever had, almost a month, and no chipping whatsoever. Was really surprised and pleased! Thank you!
