We used Platinum Brides for our bridesmaid dresses, groom and groomsmen suits, and my wedding dress!Firstly, I was amazed by such warm customer service. I started looking for my wedding dress and the ladies in the shop were very helpful, honest and accommodating for what I thought was supposed to be a stressful time but they made it a breeze! So I went back for the lovely bridesmaids' dresses and since my husband is as picky as I am he also visited along with his 8 groomsmen (yes 8!) and they looked brilliant.Since there were so many of us I thought the price was fantastic and so would definitely recommend, thank you so so much!!!!

I was in with Joan today and have found the most amazing dress. I have been to about 10 shops so far and Joan really took time to understand what I wanted in a dress but also what my day was going to be like and what type of day I was trying to create. As a result I had 'that moment' - something I really thought just other people had. I was completely breathless (which could have had SOMETHING to do with how tight the dress was :) ). I came here looking for a prom dress but I wasn’t really sure what I wanted and the lady was so nice and made me feel really comfortable in trying loads of different stuff on so I could find what I liked and and was so helpful . I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

After visiting a number of well known high street stores, we found this little gem of a shop. My daughter found a beautiful prom dress and the the girls were so helpful and lovely, made you feel welcome and didn't rush you or limit you to how many dresses you could try on. Highly recommend, dresses at fantastic price for all budgets.

My sister and I were beyond impressed with the whole experience in this shop. We had an appointment which meant the shop was closed to anyone else. The shop looks quite small from outside but has a great range of dresses and the shop extends right back to a mirror room. I thought I knew what I wanted going into the shop but the lady asked all the right questions and she soon figured out what I really liked and started suggesting some different dresses that actually suited my body shape a lot better. We were given time between each dress to just be by ourselves, take it all in, discuss what we thought without having someone just there watching or giving their own opinion like we've experienced at other shops. Highly recommend it to any bride to be's.

I had the best experience shopping here for my wedding dress. Xanthe and Joan made me feel so comfortable. They were also totally honest with me about what styles would suit me which I really appreciated as I had absolutely no idea. They did encourage me to try on a big princess" style dress just so I had the full wedding dress shopping experience which I have to admit was fun.In the end after them being extremely patient with me I decided I loved a "brides desire"dress. I went home to think about it and didn't feel pressured into making a decision that day. I had to make a fairly quick decision though as I was 3 months pregnant. They were so helpful and understanding every time I visited the shop.The room at the back where you try on the dresses and have your fittings is absolutely beautiful. So much nicer than other places I visited at the start of my wedding dress journey.I would absolutely recommend this shop for anyone looking for a wedding dress
