-5 stars if I could.Absolutely shocking customer service at this premise. Not even one of the 6 salesmen, that I could see chatting and laughing with each other, even bothered to approach and ask if they could be of service or enquire what I might have been after.Eventually one chap who popped out of a side office asked if he could help. Took me into what I assume is the main office and announced to the floor that I was looking for a car and again not one person stepped forward to assist.Aforementioned chap started on a spiel about financing a car and stated that what my budget was they didn’t have anything of, but said that one of the chaps here could possibly help. He promptly then closed a door in my face and left. I stood their waiting for someone to again provide assistance with the salesmen just blankly shaking their head at me. At that point I decided enough was enough and I started to walk out, stating to my father that no one was being of any help or use, to which I get a bellowing reply, from the most unsightly and unprofessional looking man in the room, “we are trying to help!” which was laughable as he was the least forthcoming person in sight!They go a long way to helping stereotype the sleazy car salesman!

My last review was removed and so now they get one star…. And this time I will take out names so nothing can be classed as being personal… should it be removed again it would be classed as illegal and violate the platforms terms of service.Buyers be aware!It could have easily been different, and maybe it was a one off, however I’ve just received poor customer service and can’t describe my experience any anything else but a waste of time.Upon visiting and viewing a car late one evening with my wife and small children, I was asked, by the manager himself if I wanted to commit to a car, however I couldn’t take it for a test drive that evening nor did it have the full service history as the records where still being gathered.Assured that history would be provided in advance of test drive, we booked for the next day. Unfortunately we had to cancel in advance, due to emergency, when calling I asked to speak with (manager) to rearrange and was told he didn’t work there but would call me back to rearrange…. Very odd.No call back or information provided that day as assured, I phoned again to be told it would be ready the next day, but told there was no point booking in a time until we had the information, I chose to booked in for Sunday anyway, and decided to phone the manufacturer for the service history myself.One phone call got me all the information required. 10 min done.I just received my first call back to say the car has been sold… you can imagine our disappointment after making arrangements around a young family. Should have seen it coming given the failed commitments, missed deadlines and no calls backs.Given the first conversation that also included an introduction with the manager implied that car was being held and then received a phone call to say the car was gone before being able to take it for a test drive. It’s almost like they didn’t want a cash purchase.When voicing concerns I was told it’s because I didn’t place a non refundable deposit on the car. No one told me about placing a deposit. I would have put a deposit on the car as I was serious about buying the vehicle, however I don’t know anyone in their right mind who would buy a vehicle with missing information and without taking it for a test drive.Maybe this was a miss understanding, but you can’t excuse the false expectations and poor service throughout. The only good thing about the experience was the short time spent with the young salesman on the evening of our visit. Very knowledgeable and helpful.My experience could be a one off, but like all bad experiences it only takes one to spoil the reputation.
