Undertook a DISC assessment and a team alignment session. The DISC assessment was fairly easy to do and some interesting insights on myself came up. The team alignment session was quite thought-provoking and an enjoyable few hours. Would recommend

A fantastic programme that really gets you thinking outside of the box! I'd recommend that EVERYONE take part in the DISC workshop - it's informative, engaging and most of all you come away from it with an added string to your communication bow. Opening up to someone about your darkest secrets is pretty scary. Opening up to yourself is enlightening. Karrie-Ann helped me to identify and recognise my interactions with others better. If you can get 10% of what I did out of the session, you'll be on top of your game. I would highly recommend.
