I was hoping for more from this place as friends had said it was a bNice place to visit to eat.I personally wasn't that impressed. A standard menu that really didn't excite you at all. The food we did have wasn't great either and screamed out MICROWAVE. It probably wasn't microwave food, but you get my drift.It was nice that table service applied and we were served swiftly to be fair. The decoration was pleasing and neutral and there was enough food for everyone.All in all, just an average pub restaurant.Another recent visit was on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We chose just to have drinks on this occasion and sit in the garden. A very pleasant visit and not too much of a wait at the bar.I did also notice that it was definitely a dog friendly place.Check out our YouTube channel below @WeekendWildness

Lovely interior, staff very pleasant. The main courses were really good, good portion sizes, unusual offering ( I had the home made kebab which was so colourful and fresh). The desserts were disappointing, particularly the warmbrownies. They were strange texture and cold inside. All in all much much better than last time I had visited, will come again

Staff were polite and friendly, Emily was our waitress and she couldn't have been any better in making sure we had a good experience. We wanted to leave her a tip but unfortunately we didn't have any cash on us as we was paying by card and the card machine didn't have the facility to take tips which was a shame. The food was quick and very tasty.

Having received a discount voucher through the post, we decided to book. It was easy to book online.We arrived at our time and waited to be seated , a waitress came our way really only because the telephone was ringing, but ignored it and seated us .She introduced herself as Nicole and said they were a little short staffed but she would do her best. We ordered drinks, then after a little while to peruse the menu , ordered surf and turf.The food arrived quite quickly and looked lovely. My steak was slightly under cooked in the middle my partners was cooked properly, I think mine was slightly thicker in the middle and needed a little longer on the grill.Dessert were good and it was nice to be able to find something that fit with my dietary requirements.All in all the service Nicole gave us in a busy restaurant was good and the food was also nice.

A modern pub / restaurant, tucked into a small area, just off the main road into Weston-super-Mare.It's not too difficult to get into, but you have to be careful not to miss the exit.Once in the car park, the actual entrance is not easy to spot, and it can lead to you walking around the building.Everything is on the ground floor, so it is suitable for those with mobility issues.There is a reasonable menu, and a decent selection of beers & wines. Service was OK even though it was really quite busy, and everyone enjoyed their meal thoroughly.Toilets were clean and well looked after.

Very nice atmosphere, staff were nice and kind. Good choice of drinks and nice food. It can be a good change for every Travelodge guests who might be fed up a little bit with their standard (limited) menu. Had lovely Steak Pie with mash. Lot of space inside and some tables outside. Good location, close to M5.

Table of 7 and served by Paul. Absolutely brilliant server. Paid attention. Got drinks and names right was friendly and polite and helped up order more drinks and onion rings. Helpful, efficient, polite and friendly. True credit to the hospitality industry. Cannot rate the man highly enough. Thank you for making our night even better

Lovely Sunday lunch with family. Daughter was randomly selected for their Sunday lunch in a giant Yorkshire pudding - which was amazing. All the food was clean and delicious. Lovely atmosphere with great service from Paul.This Sunday 19th November is the last time they will be randomly selecting someone for the giant Yorkshire roast - it could be you.

Been in here a few times but this was one of the nicest meals we’ve had. Food was quick , service was good and Paul is always friendly and cracks a joke with all including our little girl which is always nice when they think of them too! We had the pie sharer which was amazing and saved us money whilst still filling a hole! See you again soon

Six of us for a meal. We met up and all arrived a bit early, so had to wait till 5pm for table service to start. No problem that suited us as we weren't in a hurry to order food or drink. The service was very good, we all enjoyed the food (6 mains and 5 puddings) and the drinks were good too. The prices are very reasonable too.
