J Medler Ltd

We placed a large order with the guidance of their staff regarding quantities. Only half what was needed was supplied and then we were told we would have to pay for another delivery to complete our job. Manager unable to admit fault, rude and uncompromising.

BEWARE went J Medler this morning and bought some building materials, 20 minutes after leaving the shop my bank informed me that Medler had taken another £ 26.40 ( without my consent) I checked my receipt and I had payed the correct amount of money for the items so rang them up and asked what the hell they were doing taking money out of my account without my consent, there answer was “ there books didn’t tally up so we took the money”This in my book is disgusting and fraud this company should be ashamed of itself for doing this with no consent from myself about taking the money out or authorisation for doing it they’ve kept my bank details to be able to do this which is a legal.I will never use this company again

Picked out slabs from Medler as they had very good pattern displays at good prices.Had some initial problems with damaged slabs which were provided. This was caused by bad manufacturing by Bradstone, rather than Medlers supplying . The problem was quickly rectified by supervisor Steve Norris, who organized replacementsWe are really pleased with our new patio which is now complete.A big thanks to Steve. I would certainly recommend Medlers for value and service.recommend

Not happy with service from this place , office unhelpful with returns , tried to return grout grumpy office man told me there is 2 week return policy on it , no date on tub , £34 worth wasted , also refused to take slurry back , we’re happy to sell me all gear 3 months before I needed stuff , ie calls from salesman , good point man in yard very friendly and helpful

Outstanding support was given when decisions had to made on the choice of block paving we required by Matthew together with the excellent delivery that was successfully made to our home by their driver.Thank you.
