I collected some of the macarons today via the 2g2g app. The macarons are fabulous, without doubt the best I have ever had. The green ones, could they be gooseberry and elderflower? tasted like a summer day by a river. I will be back and really want to try one of her wagon wheels. Giselle is without doubt an extremely talanted pâtissière.

The macarons are fabulous and I will definitely be using and recommending this company.Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered 2 boxes as gifts and sadly one was delayed in the post absolutely no fault of Giselle. However, they went above and beyond to keep in touch with me and sort the issue.Highly recommend

Ordered 2pm Wednesday. Their own webpage says 24 hour delivery on Mon-Thurs. Gift was despatched & had notification of it 4.03 Thursday. Royal Mail notified that they would deliver between 10.21-14.21 but they didn’t bother. My dad’s Father’s Day gift was delivered to his neighbour at 18.40 - over 4 hours later than notified. My dad had left to work in France at 6pm so didn’t even get to see it. When I complained to Giselle Richardson they didn’t even try to resolve the issue & had no interest at all. They just told me it wasn’t their problem if RM didn’t deliver in time & there were no guarantees. Their email was discourteous at best - absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use again & will not recommend as clearly they have no interest in retaining customers. It’s easy to be in business when things goes well but when something goes wrong, how you deal with it defines you as a company. Giselle Richardson did very badly in my opinion & made no effort to try & put things right. I am extremely disappointed.

Travelling from Southampton, stuck in 4 hours traffic was worth the wait for these beautiful macarons!During my excitement of looking online for the best tasting macarons! I didn’t completely read the whole picture that you can order and collect. However, they were extremely accommodating, I knocked on number 70 and was greeted by a lovely lady that showed us in and allowed me to select and buy there and then. This doesn’t look like your typical store, but don’t let that fool you - the macarons were incredible. Delicate, but full of flavour, crisp yet soft with fresh creamy filling and very reasonably priced. They had such a variety of flavours that to my surprise I had not tried before! My absolute favourites were their earl grey and apple with cinnamon.I will be ordering online again (very shortly) and will be returning to the store as soon as I can!

I just bought 12 of your macarons at the Victoria Park market today. Goodness! They are really really fantastic. Super good. I love that the filling is fluffy and not too sweet. LOVE.

Absolutely love the beautiful macarons that Giselle produces; I literally cannot fault them! The first time I tried her macarons was during a trip to London last December where I accidentally found her market stall outside Kings Cross station, and I was so wowed after trying one that I bought a mixed box to have over the rest of the trip. Needless to say, when I was due to travel back to Yorkshire, I was lucky enough to find that Giselle was still there with her stall and so I bought 2 boxes more to take back for friends and work colleagues - a mixed box and a box of Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt (my absolute favourite) and they went down a (literal) treat!I’ve been craving these macarons ever since then, and I’d checked often to see if Giselle had started offering a nationwide delivery service - and now she has! I placed an order immediately and managed to get a good amount of my favourite CCSS (thank you so much) and they are just as good, if not even better than I remember them. The package was so well wrapped and secure too! I’ll be placing a monthly order just to try each of the new flavours, and I’m so happy to support a small business - I 100% promise that these macarons are worth it, give them a try!

I only wish I’d got to try them…. My mother said they were the best thing she’d tasted for sometime. Packed full of flavour, fresh and delicious. They arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I chose the British fruit selection and they looked so colourful and pretty. Thank you once again for such excellent customer service and product. My father took a photo, as you can see they couldn’t wait to try them….

Be aware this isn't a shop - it seems they will allow pick up of pre-orders but you cannot visit to just buy them like a shop. This is all on their website, but i only realised after going there from seeing it on Google Maps and realising there isn't a shop. My mistake, but hopefully others might see this and avoid the same mistake if they don't visit the website or don't have time to order in advance!UPDATE: There is no functionality to reply to the response, but just to confirm this was on Monday rather than at the time of the review on Tuesday. I was there just after 5pm as i needed a last minute gift and typed 'macaron shops' into Google Maps. Yours came up as open (Google's words) until 6pm. I just went off that info, and didn't at that point have a need to also visit your website which i appreciate does have the detail about not being a walk in shop. It was dark inside no 70 when i arrived and now i understand why having read the detail on the website. As i said, my mistake, i just thought it could be helpful to flag to others who may only search you on Google Maps so they don't make the same mistake. I hope to order from you in future as the macarons really do look lovely and a special gift. The three stars was purely as I had a wasted trip across London, and is not a review of your actual product itself.
