I asked for 2 mediium hot hot chocolates with coconut milk due to milk intolerance, they gave me 2 normal hot chocolate with cream on top. I wish they would listen to instructions. I then called up the branch but the phone just rang out.

Visited here on a Saturday to try out the new ruby hot chocolate. Service was ok, no problems. Drinks were nice. The only thing I would comment on is the tables were all messy and needed cleaning. It wasn’t exactly busy and there seemed to be a lot of staff on

Nice, clean, a bit noisy but that was the young college kids in the shop. I don't notice a disabled ramp so it will be awkward for wheelchairs, pushchairs and the infirm. All in all not a bad experience, but in truth, not for me!

The staff that work in this branch are lovely. Apart from the excellent coffee, they make hot chocolate at the right temperature for a child to drink and actually address them to ask them how they want their drink. It is a generally busy place with a nice atmosphere. It is always clean and tidy.I don't often buy cakes here as I always find Costa cakes a rip-off. They are just far too expensive for what they are. At half the price, they would still make a sizeable profit.

Nice coffee, great cakes, fantastic friendly staff. Atmosphere lacking most people in there were using the place to do work on their computers, so a bit dead inside and not that welcoming at all so I took my order out to the car.
