Fantastic service. We were unable to get into the shop for items needed by our plumber on the same day and active plumbing supplies discounted the price and delivered the item themselves to our house within one hour! Also seems well-made product.

On recommendation from our bathroom installer Mike Holloway we arranged an appointment with Alex who spent time with my wife & myself (coffee provided).Lots of choices & good advice of things we would not have thought about.After two visits we arrived at a plan to install quality products to fefit our bathroom..I would recommend both Alex & Mike who gave us a first class service.

Excellent service. After phoning a couple of places with no luck looking for a ceramic cartridge to fit a 2009 mixer tap I found this company on the web and as I was in Trowbridge I called in. Helpful staff found me the exact part I was looking for and I now have a fully functioning tap. My thanks to the team.

We had an excellent experience with Active Plumbing Supplies. AJ gave us great advice and we chose products that we are really happy with. Our new bathroom looks fantastic. When our installer let us down, Active Plumbing stored our order for months until we were able to book in a new installer (who they were kind enough to introduce us to.) I would highly recommend Active Plumbing and Marc White to install your bathroom.

I cannot recommend Active Plumbing highly enough. Martin and his team provide a first class customer service, far exceeding other local stores. They went out of their way to help me, I was always greeted with a warm welcome, and the products I required were ordered and available promptly. I always received a courtesy call to let me know when my items had arrived. For any plumbing related shopping this should definitely be your first stop, and I will certainly be a repeat customer in the future.
