Helping Hands - Support and Companionship Service

I look forward so much to my weekly companion visit from Dawn Saunders. She makes such a difference to my lonely life. A very nice lady indeed.

Dawn cleans for me weekly and does my washing. Shes very friendly and helpful and I feel comfortable with her in my house.

A real professional, always punctual, reliable and happy to go above and beyond to make sure everything gets done and to the highest standards. From domestic cleaning to companionship and support Dawn does everything with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate in recommending her services.

Dawn was my companion/carer for quite a while but through another agency. I really can't fault her work ethic. Dawn is a good time keeper and was very supportive when helping me get out and about to perform my errands. At no point did I feel dictated to, I always felt in control on the day out and Dawn only gave assistance when asked. She was a great confidante and very discreet. She is incredibly trustworthy and at no point did I ever feel unsafe when with her. Dawn will be a great asset to anyone looking for assistance.

Dawn has cleaned for us for about two years. She is always professional and thorough. She will do anything asked of her and more. My wife has mobility problems and when i had a knee replacement Dawn would hang the washing out for us in her own time, refusing any extra payment.I would recommend her anytime
