Great service changing a previous bulb took me 20 minutes and required a shower thanks to the oil and dirt I was in and out and back on the road in 5 minutes thanks to your fitters expertise well worth a few pounds thanks

Their bike service is a scam no more. I gave them my bike for repair i pointed out the issues and told them what i want replaced. They didnt replaced what I asked for, bike came out dirty and rusty, chain was covered in rust so i ask them to replace that. They put a new chain and now its skipping when I try to ride uphills, i also asked them to fix my brakes becuase there is a friction on the disk. Guess what, it is still the same...

Very good quick and efficient got 2 headlight bulbs fitted by Jeff job done in the rain and he was still very friendly highly recommend halfords in Hamilton.

We came to get our boy a new bike for his birthday. We were helped out by Paul who was absolutely fantastic. Patient, great customer service, helpful and smiling! We left with a great bike and a great deal and a very happy boy. After a poor experience in the halfords rutherglen this brightened our day. Thank u Paul from the mccaffertys!

Ordered online pay and collect for a Bosch rear window wiper blade H301. Got number for collection. All good. store is 12 miles away. My wife picked up from store, and brought home for it to be the wrong one W301. So took back next day for them to tell me there wasn't any in shelf but where checking stock in rear. Where to there good fortune there was. No apology.

My wife and I just visited Halfords in Hamilton with our three girls and been served by Frazer within the bike section of the store. What an absolute asset to Halfords! Perhaps the SMT should be recognising the hard work, dedication and passion for the job that this young man is doing!The advice on bike stands and various other technical questions we had regarding our girls' bikes and accessories was phenomenal.Thanks Frazer, we appreciate the time you gave us.10/10 service and restored my faith in humanity!

Had to be rescued by a breakdown company who advised I required a new battery and could not guarantee I’d be able to start my car again at home. I called ahead and Geoff at Halfords in Hamilton could not have been more helpful and my battery was fitted within 20 minutes of arrival. The staff in the shop were also very friendly and helpful and saved me money through explaining membership benefits. Thank you and I will definitely be recommending to others!

Jeff at Hamilton branch was fantastic!! He really saved the day and I have a few quid back in my wallet, especially with the current financial climate.I was informed I needed a new battery at another branch where I had my tyres fixed, and was told the exact type of battery to purchase.Turns out I don't need a new battery, and even if I did, the one I had purchased, based on information I was given, was the wrong type.Thank you Jeff!

Fantastic service From Halford in Hamilton. Windscreen wipers were changed in a jiffy and I got a complete winter check as well, with windscreen wash top up. The guys were excellent and very polite. Well done!!!
