Having visited my boat Sam had great design ideas and open to my ideas too. No measurement forms to fill out! I have used them before and will use again. They made me a sprayhood, enclosure, wheel cover, dodgers stackpack and new main sail. Can't recommend enough. Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service - I was ‘pencilled in’ for some measurements to be taken for a cover and framework for my boat back in March. Contacted end of April to confirm a date, no reply for 2 weeks when eventually I was promised a phone call the following Monday. No phone call or contact made, several messages/emails sent and again no reply. Eventually started to call the office but after several phoncalls per week and lots of attempts from the staff to get me a phonecall back I gave up. The owner knows full well I’m waiting to be contacted still but hasn’t bothered with even a courtesy call to let me know he hasn’t forgotten or better yet to make some arrangements. I feel for the staff I spoke to who were growing increasingly frustrated with him every day I phoned. If he’s so busy that he can’t keep up then he should have just told me from the start he couldn’t do it instead of wasting 3 months of my time. It’s a shame because I’ve seen their work and it’s very good, hence why I persevered for so long. Very disappointing!

Many jobs, big and small, completed over the years and I've always found Sam and his team to be very helpful indeed and with excellent results for covers, sails and repairs for various boats.

Exe sails and covers were able to visit and make suggestions for a furlable drop down sail to protect the inside of our loggia against the prevailing wind and rain.Sam made a home visit to advise us on the possibilities and swiftly quoted for the project, put manufacture in place and came out to fit custom made sail for us.We are really pleased with the result, it is discreet, beautifully made and has more than met our expectations.I would thoroughly recommend this company, they tackled an awkward space, making it rain and windproof and considerably warmer!Patsy and David Hinchliffe
