Today I was served by a very helpful gentleman at the store. It made a refreshing change. He explained lots of technical detail about the garments I wanted to buy. It really helped me to make my purchase. Then I wondered around and was served at the till by another equally helpful man. It's a great shop stocked well and clean. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Disappointed. Poor selection of hiking boots, popular ones were unavailable in my size ( 9 ) Prices higher than any other outdoor store. Staff don't know where the things you ask for are stored. And there was that filthy and smelly used department. Boots and clothing completely wear out. Something like it shouldn't be kept in the store. Disgusting. Don't waste your time and money. Better try GO Outdoors - perfect service, great selection and 10% price promise.

Decent size store, decent range. Not always the cheapest but there are good offers and quality is pretty good. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
