I had the most amazing massage by Juliana, I’ve been here many times but Julianas massage was the best I’ve had! Amazing experience with her and she’s so sweet! Definitely recommend her for massages!

WORST SERVICE. RUDE RECEPTIONIST. Paid for massage until 6pm, but treatment finished at 5.50pm. Milking customers for every ££. I refused to leave table until the time was up. Even before the treatment began the rude receptionist tells me “you have to be done & down here by 6!”. Excuse me? This is not the way to talk to anybody let alone your client. Learn some manners. Trashy behaviour. Better to flush your ££ down the toilet than pay these people. Trash.

A friend had a voucher and was given little care or attention. Barely any conversation. Did not explain the process. Had a paraffin hand wax, including hand massage. Had to lean over a table - already had a bad back which therapist was aware of. Felt very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Had a lovely massage, facial and manicure as a package and thoroughly enjoyed it. Left feeling very relaxed and pampered! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Leah as always gave me a fabulous facial and totally relaxed me.The place is large lots of stairs with small and large rooms so you need to be mobile.Otherwise is very good even better if a lick of paint applied to entrance.

Excellent service. Had an hour of Swedish massage by Rachel. Helped my sore back a lot, since I had a c section and looking after the two week old.
