The Inn At Scarcroft
I only stayed here briefly for a drink but the rest of the party ordered food. This was served promptly and looked and smelled delicious. Unfortunately most of them wanted the same thing and the item ran out after 3 or 4 orders. The inside was well furnished and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive.Appeared to be few vegetarian or vegan items on the menu.

This is our preferred “local” despite living 15 mins away. There’s a warm, cosy atmosphere, the regulars are lovely, and it’s very family friendly. The staff have generally been great but their latest addition, Nick, is outstanding. He’s outgoing, friendly without ever being overbearing and so enthusiastic it’s infectious. One of the best bar staff I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Keep up the great work all!

Came in with the family for Sunday lunch, we enjoyed some lovely starters, especially the oven baked mushrooms. Then for mains I had the Turkey roast while my dad and brother both had the trio of meats. Portion size was very generous and the food was really nice. Quite busy, so there was a good atmosphere whilst still maintaining good service.

Fantastic food and service! We had a lovely meal. We were served in a timely manner and asked if we wanted anything else/more drinks. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

The decor and food was amazing, but the staff were so slow to take orders and to serve food, seeing as the pub was not even busy this was not acceptable. The food was lovely but for a vintage inn it was quite poor for the food served and small portions.

A excellent place to wine and dine. Very comfortable with a good relaxed atmosphere, and great staff. Lovely home cooked food. Also a good choice of dishes to choose from the menu.

Good food, reasonably priced.Lovely peaceful atmosphere but want to give a special mention to are serve jake he was great! Went above and beyond as a manger of the same industry I want to say he is a real credit to the business. Very helpful bubbly and attentive! Will definitely be back

Always a welcoming venue with wonderful service and friendly staff. We were served by Nick who was very attentive and convivial. We had Sunday lunch, which was tasty, plentiful, and most importantly homemade. The Inn at Scarcroft is always a great choice and we look forward to returning soon.

There were two menus (Festive and standard) which was a bit confusing. Food was ok - but could have been hotter ! And the Black Sheep beer was off. Service was great and Nick loomed after us really well. Lovely pub with a great atmosphere and great staff. They were busy but stayed calm, pleasant and attentive throughout.
