Where do I start. Arrange fitter for today however they turned up last week despite me calling texting and emailing telling them they had the wrong Monday after receiving confirmation on the Friday prior.Gary Blind fitter comes without correct brackets for the rollers. Fits 3 out of 4 and then requests payment, Would anyone else pay for half a job??. I said I wasn't paying until the job was finished, he proceeded to take the fitted 1s down. Any other trade or company would go get the right part and come back.Allan Customer service is just off the phone offering 2-7 slot as I cannot take time off for work I explained I have already taking the day off and would need an appointment towards the end time and couldn't do that.My wife is unavailable to due to her mother being in hospital for an emergency situation, as explained to both the Gary and Alan.Come on shades sort this out. 1 very unhappy and disgruntled returning customer with a sour taste for unexpected poor Customer Service

Absolute joke of a company - do not use. Fitter came out and broke my window. Over 2 months of chasing and non responses before finally getting new glass fitted. The glazer showed me the damage caused to the window frames and refused to put the blind frame back on. Got Shades round to refit blind and they demanded the full balance despite leaving me with a broken window for 2 months and damaged window frames (id already paid 50%l. They reduced outstanding balance due because of the problems but I wish I had used someone else from the start. 2 months of distress and inconvenience for which I've paid hundreds of pounds for. Avoid.
