Although I had never been to this centre I went in with a blood shot eye. They knew I was not buying anything but still took a long time examining both eyes and contacted my local GP service. They never asked for payment and at all times were extremely helpful. I will definitely be going back when I need a new eye test.

So completely appalled by the absolute lack of care and interest shown to my wife today by Andy Griffin at Pershore Eyecare Centre Ltd. Two days after a referal to a specialist she was experiencing difficulties with her right eye and so went along to Pershore Eyecare Centre Ltd for some advice. Mr Griffin couldn't have been any less helpful or less interested. It will be self resolving she was told. He managed to diagnose an allergy from a distance , even though she had discharge coming from her eye, and told her anyway as she had now been refered she was no longer a concern to Pershore Eyecare Centre Ltd and so duty of care was now with Worcester. Two hours later and now with an even more swollen and very painful eye the very helpful Ogles Pharmacy prescribed some infected eye drops. It's such a shame because as a fairly recent resident of Pershore (3 years) she thought she had found a caring opticians but obviously not !

I was visiting the area and had a problem with my eye. I rang lots of different opticians for an emergency appointment and was about to give up when Harriet at Pershore said she would see me.She was so helpful and reassuring, gave me a thorough eye exam and explained what was the problem with my eye and advice on what to do. A very professional service and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Really friendly and helpful staff with a lovely collection of frames to choose from! My new glasses arrived in less than a week, could not recommend more.

In the past I’ve bought off the shelf reading glasses from Boots. They were cheap but never worked for reading, computer screen and for flying as my long sight is good. After visiting Harriet and Andy I bought varifocals, sure they were more expensive than my previous glasses, but the difference has been amazing. Add to that there professionalism, knowledge and customer care i can say I’m not going anywhere else in future. The sun glasses version have been fabulous for flying and the fact Andy was a pilot himself a while back meant he new exactly what I needed.Thoroughly recommend.
