Terrible experience, just turned up for MOT that was booked days ago to be told can't do it as it's a pickup !!. No apologies and refund will take 3 - 5 days and now no Mot on my vehicle after tomorrow!! Great service won't be using you again. 20 mile round trip for nothing.

Took over 26 hours for my car to be returned to me after a simple oil change due to having to wait for a sump plug washer to be delivered, I was told it would be an hour - 2 hours later i was told they had delivered the wrong one and it would have to be done in the morning. in the morning they found there was not enough oil in stock and again had to order this in. Booked in advance. no reason to not have the parts required in stock.

Called up for a quote for new front brake discs and break pads. Left my phone number and email address. Asked them to email me as I work night shift and didn't want waking up.I've never heard a thing from them. Been 2 weeks now. I'll take my custom elsewhere from now on.

I went to kwik fit as it was the only tyre repair open on Sunday, and was told that the tyre could not be repaired, the tyre in question was relativly new, the puncture object was in the middle of the tred (picture available) I kept the tyre and took it to an independent tyre repairers, they confirmed it could be repaired, I had no option but to pay for new tyre as it was Sunday and I was desperate and Kwik Fit was the only place open, I feel I have been cheated out of a lot of money, being a 77 years and a old pensioner, I will be getting in touch with trading standards for advise.

Excellent MOT experience! The manager was welcoming and professional, clearly outlined expectations for the process and how long to expect. Picked the car up an hour later. Brill service and will be using this garage for all my needs going forward.

Excellent working atmosphere is reflective of the standards set by the manager and his team. They went out of their way to resolve the problem of a rare tyre.I detected a far more happy and efficient workforce than on my previous visit some time ago. They kept me updated and exhibited politeness with a welcome sense of humour. This is what I call 5* service!Thank you.

From online information , your Company was able to supply a complete package of the article I was seeking. ( spare wheel and fittings including items to remove/replace the space-saving wheel together with safety road side safety equipment. )

All staff were friendly and customer focused even though they were busy. MOT was started straight away and car was ready to collect one hour later as stated. Nice waiting room area..

I was happy with my tyres but I had asked them to see if they could change the bulbs on my indicators that wasn't done and nothing was mentioned.
