Absolutely superb. The staff were excellent, the rooms were beautiful and full of old-world charm. The spa is outside and fabulous. It's a wonderful place to stay

This is by far one of my favourite hotels in Northern Ireland. The ambience and feel is 5 star foe sure. Food and service are exceptional. I love the spa facilities which are newly updated and they only allow guest staying at the hotel to use these facilities which is great. Totally recommend a stay here. They also have lice music in the bar at weekends.

This gem is located in a stunning location - old country side with a beautiful wooded park walk behind. This is connected to the hotel.On the initial walk in, we were greeted with a woody open fire smell which brought back many memories. The venue is big with many seating areas, some within nooks and out in the open.Food is absolutely fantastic - excellent selection, decent portions and a treat for the palette. As we were located in one of he nooks, it felt we were forgotten about much of the time. We needed to call for our order to be taken, drinks and food and then to request the bill. This could be the only thing that could be improved.Pros:- excellent standard food- friendly staff and welcoming- very good live music the day we visited- reasonable prices- excellent locationCons:- service lacked check ins especially in nooksAdditional noteThis venue is pet friendly and many little dogs were there.

The hotel, grounds, and room were beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. The spa was just the right size for the area and we loved relaxing on the heated stone lounges in the conservatory. I loved that the bar had a window to the spa but the drinks were very pricey. The food was so good but the staff in the bar area were unavailable most of the time and not friendly. One thing that is missing was ordering food to be brought to the room or having an area of the spa to order snacks. It was a bother to have to leave the spa to go change in order to go sit at the bar and eat. The breakfast was plentiful and there were lots of options.

A very big WOW for The Old Inn, Crawfordsburn.. This was our first visit and we can't wait to come back again. An old Coaching house from 1600,s. It doesn't seem to have changed much and it's like stepping back in time. The atmosphere, staff and food are second to none. I highly recommend this location for food and drinks. A place not to be missed!!

Would leave 6 stars if I could! We stayed for 2 nights and everything was amazing - the accommodation was clean and comfortable, the food (both the restaurant and the bar) were delicious, the Tree Top Spa was enjoyable and never too busy, and the staff were wonderful across the board. Highly recommend and will definitely be back next time we're in Belfast.

We had dinner here. Very comfortable surroundings, the food was great - and served piping hot- and the service excellent. The staff were very attentive and pleasant and helped make it a very pleasant evening.

We had an overnight stay in the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was beautiful and breakfast delicious with ample choice You must use spa facility one of the best we have been too.Parking on site and in the evening you can eat in restaurant or more relaxed barWe had excellent service particularly from Karen Jess. Previously we had a celebration lunch and she went the extra mile and did so againHighly recommended
