Lovely selection of crystals. Helpful, friendly staff. However, the low vibrational, demonic music just ruins it all. You can't even enjoy the usual ambiance you get at the crystal shop, because they are playing low vibrational, negative, demonic music. You're feeding your crystals with negativty and low vibrations, do you understand how wrong and futile this is? Please, please, please for the love of God, for the love of crystals play soothing music, high vibrational music, music of nature etc... This way you're not only purifying and feeding the crystals with posativity, but you will also change the whole ambiance of the environment. Very disappointing.

I really like the range of crystals. Really lovely, nice vibes. But quite expensive, similar crystals can be bought online for significantly cheaper. But it's nice to have them available in real life too. Polite and friendly staff.

I could not praise this shop enough! Everything is delayed beautifully, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful! They have some really beautiful crystals in there, some pricey but considering the quality it's definitely worth paying for a piece you know is well sourced and genuine - something you definitely can't guarantee buying online for cheaper.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable surroundings. Coffee and sausage roll were lovely.

Such wonderful place with great service. Dogs are welcomed + they have Puppchino and treats for dogs, that is always so nice for us dog owners.

I took my elderly mum and my dog Albie to The Sanctuary cafe. The cakes were davine and mum enjoyed her Perisian Lindt hot chocolate. Albie had a Bonio and lots of fuss, which made us all happy. Went back today and purchased some exquisite healing crystals and even received a spontaneous hug. Thank you to everyone at The Sanctuary for bringing us happiness and a place to meet up and socialise and Thank you Rose for your advice and support. It means a lot. We will see you again soon xx

Lovely shop full of beautiful things and the cafe is a great addition with really nice cakes and drinks available. I will definitely be back as soon as I can x
