The price of £8.00 for the large load machine is twice as expensive as where I have recently moved from. When I politely mentioned this to the owner - as is my right as a consumer, the reply given was 'well if you'd like to pay the £15000 I paid for my six machines I'll wash it for free'. So not overly friendly or polite.

At £48 to fail to clean to two coats, Wet Tub is overpriced. Poor service and very expensive for dry cleaning- I would go as far as to say a waste of time and money.My coats came back covered in dirty marks and with a bill over 50% higher than the price agreed when I dropped them off for cleaning. I was told this is because I didn't tell them that I wanted the dirty marks removing, and that the staff there can't tell the difference between a coat" and a "mackintosh"- and that this was somehow the customer's fault and I actually had to pay extra for this.They offered to clean them a second time for free

Great service from staff - They're very helpful when you have a query. The facilities are very clean. Offering for a small fee for washing products if you don't have any. If you want to go off and allow the staff to do you laundry they also take care and bag it up for you ready for collection.

Clean and tidy premises. The extra large washing machines are a god send when needing to clean a super king-sized duvet that won't fit in a domestic washer. The dry cleaning service is second to none. While the staff are always polite. Will be only to happy to use their services again.

Excellent laundrette. It is incredibly clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I thought the pricing was good - £5 for a wash and a couple of quid to dry. The machines were very fast and efficient. I will definitely be using them again

Really impressed! Best laundrette I have been to. I take care of bnb properties so I go to and/or use laundry from various laundrettes and this is by far the best. The extra care taken over the way the large loads of laundry was organized and folded saved me a good bit of time and kept sheets nice and neat, and the fresh sheets smell also much more noticable. Also very friendly service.

I needed to wash a king sized duvet before Chrismas. Fantastic service and so helpful with providing change, washing powder and help with the machines. Will definitely use again.
