I've always had a warm welcome from reception staff, who always do their best to accommodate our pets. The vets treat our fur family with kindness and are always honest as to the best treatment, setting out all our options. Lovely place, in my opinion.

The staff are always friendly helpful and welcoming. Lovely clean surgery. I’ve heard stories about other vets never being available on the phone, never any appointments etc but I’ve never had an issue with this one getting through and getting my dog in to see them when needed. Excellent service and wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

Great - if you own a dog or cat.I paid double here to get my male ferret neutered compared to my usual vet. So I did expect much better treatment. I cannot even describe how upset and disgusted I was.I picked up my ferret and he was wild. He was given no after care and nothing to keep him calm. He was jumping around making the wound worse. He came out with stitches hanging out, blood all over the wound and it just seemed to be done with no cleanliness or care. I entrusted you with my pet, and was left upset and disappointed. If you are not going to properly care for animals that are not cats or dogs, please make this very obvious. Our pets deserve the best too. Even if they look different.Really upset.You treated my previous ferret like a science experiment. I feel nothing but disgust and anger at your staff - claiming you love animals. You gave my 5yr old ferret multiple medications, 5 months to live diagnosis, and had to measure something about his eyeballs where you HELD HIM DOWN and had the object repeatedly hit his eye. Ill tell you the simple answer - HE WAS GOING BLIND DUE TO AGE. THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. My vet took him off ALL your medications and he was better and lived 4 more years.When my other ferret died in YOUR CARE you did not apologise, or even tell me sorry for my loss, you just said I can pay tomorrow when I feel better. You are NOT animal lovers. You are dog and cat lovers. Nothing beyond that.

The Veterinary practice is wonderful. Lovely staff from front of house right the way through to the Vets and a nurses.I have great trust in the practice and the Pet Plan is great value.I have had several consultations over the past weeks and my furry family were treated with kindness and compassion. I would not want to take them anywhere else.Thank you everyone for a superb service and your responsiveness when I am a worried pet parent as I am always reassured.

The whole experience of visiting this vets is a real pleasure, very friendly receptionists and vets, Poppy my dog is always nervous and shakes but as soon as she is with the vet, she calms down, saw Jo ……..absolutely brilliant!!

Very sensitive to my needs. Very kind to both my pets and super friendly and instructive. Phone first before making an appointment just to make sure that it is absolutely necessary. Wait time is very short and vets are so caring and understanding of pets difficulties and very informative.It is expensive but with service to loved pets it's worth it.

Staff very, freindly and welcoming. They Explained everything to me about the vip plan. The reception area was nice, relaxed atmosphere
