Peter Alan - Swansea

I did rent with Peter Alan in Swansea and getting the contract went well. Maintainance was recorded fast, fixes could have been better, especially when it is raining through the roof but I understand this comes down to the landlord. However the landlord still owes me money but since I returned my keys noone at Peter Alen calls back, picks up or answers emails. Which is a shame as I reminded them about the money for weeks before I moved out and they promised they will sort it out. I loves living there but since I will probably never see my money this has added a negative feeling for renting with Peter alan again....

I have given 5 stars for Peter Alan Swansea branch, the reason I have is that from the start to finish , I have found them very supportive.I purchased a property through auction, something I needed much support with in understanding how it all worked.I made many calls to the office asking many questions . Nothing was ever too much for the team .Buying can be very stressful for most people, but a little harder in later years. Excellent service. We were advised to go to auction and to trust them with the process which we did and couldn't fault them they kept us informed of all viewings of which there were many. On auction day sale passed our expectations and we got a lot more than the guide price. Sale was completed two weeks later. Would definitely recommend. A special thank you to Jade for her expertise.
