A new kitchen is a big decision and a significant investment. After 20 years we said goodbye to our old kitchen which had served us well. From the start, Hannah took time to understand how we used the kitchen, what worked and what didn't, and what our priorities were. Hannah spent time with our builder/kitchen fitter so that design and construction worked seamlessly, they made several site visits, explaining things as we went along. The units are really great and the colour scheme and design complement the existing large open-plan sitting and dining room.The kitchen works really well indeed - no unnecessary twiddly bits of extra kit to clutter up the overall space. Obviously, as with any major project, some minor issues arose. These were handled promptly, effectively, and with good humour! There were no extra or hidden costs, the quote was clearly itemised and came in on budget.We had visited several kitchen outlets, including the 'big ones', but it was the personal touch, the ability to listen and make sure we got the kitchen we wanted that won the day - hopefully this will last us another 20 years!
