Disgusting service. Failed to deliver and then still charged for the shopping!! When I queried why my order was marked as delivered and charged for when it had not been, I was told they had tried to call to rearrange delivery as they had problems, which is a complete and utter lie. I never received any call or email saying the delivery wouldn’t happen as planned. Now I have to wait for 3-5 days for a refund on goods that were never dispatched! Nice to see a store falsifying their service figures for their own internal benefit rather than the customers! Never again will I use Iceland, zero customer service!!!!

Always well stocked. Good range of products. Good value all round. However, some products are getting more expensive due to cost of living crisis. The overall price and product range is fantastic. Good customer service as well.

Always only ever one person on the till. Very limited staff as they're always at the back smoking.Prices have gone up in accordance with everything else. I would definitely say that local supermarkets are actually cheaper then some things you can find in here.I would like to add..I tend to get online deliveries if I need freezer shopping from Iceland and the man who delivers my shopping is extremely friendly and courteous. Doesn't rush you to unload your shopping and is always on time.

Great place to pick up frozen and fresh staples. Prices are keen, the staff are great and there's free parking for customers out the back. If you've not been in an Iceland but you think you know what it is like give it a go - you'll be surprised!

Clean store, it fits as much as it can in a small space. You can buy decent meals for under a fiver. At this time that's needed. The staff at the tills are very friendly and one lady is brilliant and helpful. Lovely place.

Tuesday is pensioners 10% discount and when I produced my Bonus card I asked politely for my discount. I was told I had to load funds to my Bonus card even though I advised this is my loyalty card. No one either side of me just rushed goods through no offer of help. Thanks Richard CEO but your staff need training in service etc at Shirley in Southampton branch no trouble before and I am 70 and every little thing helps these day.

It's an Iceland as you'd expect...but the staff are lovely people just good salt of the earth people and you can find some ready meals that no other supermarket has. Bonus!
