The Groom Room Winnersh

Used a last minute as my groomer was away.Such Miserable staff and my cockers cut was not done properly. When I got her home her coat had not been cut on her head so now have to do myself plus they added an extra 5 quid to the bill! Not impressed, £60 for shabby job. Find a place where they listen and actually care about your dog.

I would not recommend going here at all, we've been here before and the groomer was amazing, however they sacked her and the rude manager they have doesn't even know how to groom. I would not go there as they DON'T know how to scissor cut and will only use clipper's

You have lost our custom. On principale You can't phone up halfway through between bookings to ask for £15 deposit just because you change your policy. Despite you doing a great job on bambi every 6-8 weeks I will now be looking for an other groomer for her.

Awful place , rude groomers , who arent trained professionals and no customer service skills , not even a hello when we went in and they didnt speak to the dog , who was anxious ,either . Please dont take your dog here

I took my poochon for a groom to Winnersh last evening. It was one of the worst experiences. I will definitely not go there again. This is not the first time this groomer has behaved in this manner.The groomer was rude, accused him of biting her and said she’s not going to be grooming him. When i asked if he really bit her, considering the fact that he is a therapy dog, she said no! So what was the fuss about?Then when he was picked up, he had literally no fur on his tail and his coat was right down to the skin! He seriously wasn’t that matted!

I had been taking my Labrador there for a bath and blow dry for nearly two years, when I noticed that the standards were falling and he wasn’t coming back as clean anymore. In my last visit, I mentioned that and asked for them to make sure they checked he was washed properly (I made that as a request rather than a complaint).The groomer immediately became very defensive. When I came back to collect my dog after his bath, I was informed he wasn’t welcome anymore and I should find another place. The excuse was that he would bark too much and insist at sitting while being washed, but it is clear it was a retaliation to my comment.

I have two words: rude and inconsistent!I have been a customer for nearly 2 years, this was only because I literally live next door. Their overall customer service is zero, you can tell they don’t care as it’s not their business after all. Also every time I have taken my Dog the cut is just inconsistent! Never know what he is going to get…. Tonight I was late for the appointment as I had the wrong time in my diary, and the rude lady there, who has never really been that nice… told me that there was nothing they could do as I was late… worst thing is she didn’t even bother to call me to check if I was on my way… I said to her that if she did call me I could have been there in 2 minutes as I was only around the corner.Obviously they have lost me as a customer

Absolute disgrace, unhelpful, the most rudest people I have come across, don’t have a clue what they’re doing!!!! I honestly don’t understand why anyone would go to this groomers they’re just terrible!!!!! DO NOT USE
