MHA Montpellier Manor - Residential & Dementia Care Home

After reading the few reviews I felt it was time to add my thoughts. My mum and dad lived here until 2021 when they sadly died within 5 weeks of each other. (94 and 103!) The care, love they were given was outstanding, yes a minor few problems but these were addressed quickly. While at times looking after them both required patience, I only saw empathy and love. When the endings came I was able to stay with them both, and I was supported too buy these quite wonderful staff. I owe you so much, and thanks is not enough.

JUSTICE FOR AGENCY STAFF AND NEW EMPLOYEEA Beautiful home with lovely clients. The care staff are gossips and plot ways to get ride of certain agency staff member that they feel intimidated with. The home needs a cctv camera to properly survive staff shortages because they will constantly have new staff member resign after few shifts. The management needs to act fast for justice on Agency staff or new employees recruit. The Agency staff being accused should also be heard and not act on words from their permanent staff only. That’s if the management cares.

This is a care home is predominantly for people with minimal age related problems. Once you need assistance with mobility, moving, assistance with showering, eating etc., you will be asked to find an alternative care home.You don't always get what you pay for!
