No organisation whatsoever in this company. Avoid giving them your business.They steal from you too.Ps; my dogs are more trained in mental health than these clowns.

I find working for Recovery Support a very positive experience. The directors of the company are always hands on and always willing to lend a listening ear and offer support. I previously worked for a large company and did not have the on site support that I have from the office team at Recovery Support. The support staff work extremely hard but many are always willing to do extra to help out..Recovery Support provide person centred support and always endeavour to meet individual requests where possible eg attending appointments, providing key workers to service users.Overall I couldn't ask for a better place to work!!!!

Having been working for recovery support for one year. I have had a very positive experience. Within my time at recovery support I have progressed from being a support worker to a senior support worker. I have received excellent support of directors, senior management whilst progressing in my role. I am always helped and guided when ever it is needed. I have received a great training program and it's always kept up to date. I have been given the opportunity to complete level 2 progressing on to my Level 3 Health and Social care with the hope of going forward and doing my Level 5. Over all a great company to work for and the company is client focused. Staff across the board from support workers to office staff are very kind and are always happy to help. Based on what I have seen their, their is lots of career progression opportunities and overall a great company to work for.

No organisation in the company. Person who sets out rotas extremely unprofessional. They put any mistakes I made down to my epilepsy condition. I was interrogated and bullied because of concerns I raised with the amount of hours they were working me, I didn’t even receive as much as I would with Universal Credit. DO NOT SEEK CARE OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

Joined the Recovery Support Team in March 2021 as HR/Recruitment, having come from Call Centre and Retail services background. The team made me feel extremely welcomed as if I'd known/worked with them forever. I am very impressed by the levels of Training and ongoing support offered to all staff by Care Coordinators and Managers. My direct line managers are very encouraging and reassuring. The care staff are just the absolute best; super caring about their clients. Best Care/Support team in Bolton.

Since iv joined this company iv learnt so much about mental health and been exposed to so many different areas of mental health. Great company to work for with every member of the team bringing something to the table and give should comfort knowing that you work with people that are also astute. Absolutely fantastic company, staff are highly trained in metal health. If I have had any issues they have been dealt with straight away. If you need any care or mental health support recovery support are one of the finest companies in Bolton.

I have been with recovery support for a very long time. Very trustworthy company, they really look after me very well. Their always going out of their way to help me and are very understanding.

I have worked with recovery support about 4 years. I'm passionate about my job, everyday is different. This job is about life experience and personal value that are important. Opportunity to build trust, rewarding relationships with the client's we support. The training we receive is extensive . You will find yourself in suitations where you have take the lead and that's our chance to put trainng into practice and build self confidence. My job role make a difference to client's lives, can be challenging but rewarding. there are varying degrees of difficulties in the people we support. I particularly enjoy working community,supporting client's to be safe whilecarry on daily routings.while I was working for recovery support I have had a few personal issues throughout the years and management team adjustments rota to accommodate me.management team are very approachable and staff are helpful and friendly.which I’m very thankful. On the whole recovery support it's a great place to work.

Not a great company to work for my experience with them was torrible they advertise one role but when you start the job it's something totally different..i didn't get pay for the training or shift that I did for them they expect you to stay with the company for a period of time for you to get pay for training but even so they should have still pay for the shift I did ! they are willing to take people hard work and time for granted expect if you drive and you drive to shift and decided to leave they won't even pay back your mileage. Try call them up they told me they was gonna find out and call back but they still having it been nearly 4 month now
