What a terrible customer experience. Called in the store yesterday. Told to book my battery replacement online. Did so for next day (today) adding a note that I needed a ‘while you wait’ battery change for my iPhone 11. Turned up today at appointed time. Three staff, no customers. Was told the battery wasn’t in stock so I would need to leave my phone with them. I asked why they hadn’t told me this before I came to the store. They blamed Apple. No apology. Like it was my fault. Terrible attitude. Totally unhelpful. I left.Like most folk, I rely on my phone and can’t leave it with a store for an unspecified period. Suggest that you don’t trust this store if you are looking for good communications and customer service. Hint to store. Train your staff to apologise and be helpful.
