Michael is hard-working, customer-focused and takes pride in his work. He was highly responsive from the start of the project and had clear advice on what was possible. He rapidly developed some CAD imagery and quotes, and was patient as we considered the different options we had discussed; no hard sell just sound consultancy. The project had a few delays caused by factors beyond Michael's control, e.g. weather and the manufacturer, but he was always great at communicating what was going on and what the plan was for the next stage. The finished result looks great and we are happy with the product and the finish. Michael made some generous goodwill gestures along the way for delays and the final outcome was worth waiting to get right. Cheers to him and his crew

We bought an old stone house a couple of years ago and although it had been double glazed 35 years earlier, the frames were shot, some windows couldn't be opened and many of the glazing units were blown. We also had a porch on the front of the house which was open to the elements, a solid wood front door with just an old fashioned Chubb lock and latch mechanism both of which allowed loads of draughts in making our entrance hall pretty cold through the winter months. Last December (2022), during that very cold snap all our north facing windows had ice on the inside in the mornings because the glazing was in such bad condition.Mike and his team replaced all existing 17 windows (including a small round port-hole type) with RIO Flush fit in Anthracite grey, which is much more in keeping with the stonework than the white that was here before. They also replaced the front and back doors and the patio doors. Additionally, they enclosed and weather-proofed the front porch replacing the existing single glass panes with 2 new double glazed units, added a second front door, cladded the existing timber and all done in Anthracite grey to match. With the bulk of the work taking the week that Mike had estimated it would at end of May, unfortunately, due to many supply issues, the job wasn't totally completed until yesterday.Supply issues included: incorrect design for obscured glazing in bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, obscured glass being supplied in all 3 exterior doors instead of clear glass and the outer front door on the porch originally being supplied opening inwards instead of outwards.Additionally, one of the panes of replacement obscured glass for the bathroom, although supplied in the correct design, had some marks inside the double glazed unit which spoiled the design and needed replacing. When that replacement was sent through, it had been replaced with the incorrect pattern the supplier had sent originally instead of the correct design! Also, when the replacement front door arrived, although it now opened outwards, because the supplier hadn't had any hinges to match the anthracite grey they'd fitted white ones so those had to be ordered in and swapped out later. All of the above issues were outside of Mike's control and, obviously, took time to be rectified. The minor issues that were within Mike's control were fixed pretty much immediately they were noticed if Mike was on-site, or on his next visit if they were discovered when he wasn't.Having paid a 30% deposit before Mike would carry out an in-depth survey (completely understandable because it took a few hours) and although we offered to pay for the work that had been completed at end May, Mike refused to invoice us until all the work had been completed to our satisfaction. The final invoice was presented last night, following what we hope will be Mike's final visit yesterday afternoon, and paid today. All in all, we're very pleased with the work carried out by Mike and his team and are happy to recommend him.

Sent message to Cotswold Conservatories and Michael responded almost straight away. Arranged to come over to have free quote done, no pushy sales or anything, really impressed with quote, decided to go ahead. Turned up when they said they would, kept in contact all throughout the process, nothing was too much for them, as I kept adding work to the list. Really professional people and fantastic work ethic. Highly recommend!!!!

Mike and the team at Cotswold Conservatories are a prime example of consummate professionalism. Their attention to detail and pride in the deliver of quality workmanship is something they clearly consider to be of paramount importance. From the initial replacement windows/doors consultation to the final handover, Mike was always on hand to answer any queries I had. His strive to guarantee a high quality service is always apparent, and this was evidenced with confirmation of my preference whenever a choice was available. This approach was echoed by his lead fitter Rob.I cannot recommend this company highly enough, it is safe to say, I will be a repeat Cotswold Conservatories customer for my next project.Keep up the sterling work!

New conservatory roof installed. Competitive quote, excellent communication and efficient installation. An area of trim alignment was overlooked during the installation (only visible from the neighbours garden). However to their credit as soon as this was pointed out they returned promptly and had it made good. I would use Cotswold Conservatories for future work.

Mike supplied our windows very quickly, much faster than anyone else we spoke to. The price was very reasonable and can’t fault the quality. Measuring was spot on so they were easy to fit. Only issue we had was a small missing part which Mike sorted out promptly so it caused no delay. Would definitely recommend and use again.

*I had French doors fitted to an existing window off the garden.*Great service through and through.Fitters arrived on time and managed to get the job done before the plasterer came. All the guys very nice and friendly and accommodating to extra requests (I asked them to keep the exterior house bricks so I could reuse them, which they cleaned up and stack neatly for me).The price was very competitive for the service that was delivered.Mikes quality inspection at the end helped to make sure the final doors and surround was correct and where necessary touched up to a decent standard.Great experience all round and would use again.
