The Parts Store in Nailsea stocks an extensive range of motoring-related products. I was seeking a large leisure battery and, because of the weight, wanted it fitted. I'd previously called in at a number of retailers, but discovered the type required was only available to order. And there were doubts about providing installation too. The Part Store, on the High Street, came up trumps. They had the correct battery in stock, and without hesitation said they were happy to fit it. Ten minutes later, I was on my way with the new battery, and no charge for fitting it. Outstanding service!

Headlight bulb blew on way home from work so called in to get a new bulb . Was told they're not cheap for my car , was flabbergasted when told it was £50 for one bulb , and but as I needed one I bought it . Upon getting home after fitting it I looked online out of curiosity and found that on Amazon I could have got a pair of bulbs for £10/£15 , Even Halfords ( who aren't cheap to buy from as a rule ) are selling them for under half the price . Definitely learnt from my BIG mistake .

Went in once for curiosity and have since binned off Halfords etc prices much cheaper as a whole and customer service is amazing. Would 100% recommend. They also do a good job if you call up prior to check stock of a part and if it’s not in stock they can have it in the next day at latest most of the time!

My wife's car battery packed up. The Parts Store had a battery in stock and came out and fitted the new one and took away the new one. Great service. Keep up the good work.

Yeah old skool car parts store, difficult to compete with big stores with choice etc, but for high st have enough random stuff to fulfill your requirements, service seems friendly too.
