Gala Tent Ltd

Started a small hot tub business in May 2021 tried gazebos from Amazon and other companies but they were not strong enough. Google this company and they had an onsite showroom. Very nice people every time I spoke to some they tried to help me by understanding what I was wanting and they recommend a colour too to let natural lighting in which was a fantastic idea. Within one month of having the black gazebo, we order another one. We are not 7 months later and we have no issues. We always plan a risk assessment when we were using the gazebo so our customers had the best experience. Also when we are packing up we had a number of our customers wanting to order one after using ours or asking to buy the one we set up. We referred them onwards. In my experience, I can't fault anything with Gala Tent. The quality of the frame is strong and not easy to bend like others out there, the material of the top and sides very strong. Since May 2021 we have been setting up the gazebo and taking it down weekly and we have no issues with the Gala Tent gazebo. I would 100% recommend visiting the showroom before interesting as the price does represent the quality. Also 1-year warranty with the metal frame and 2 years warranty for the top and sides. Added some photos but they don't do it justice tbh.

We always get fantastic comments about our 3m x 3m Gala Gazebo. Customers love the colour and professional set up, staff love how easy it is to put up and down and other traders always ask us where we got it, many have had bad experiences with companies selling on ebay and Amazon so are really impressed by our set up. It's fantastic quality, we had great customer service and advice and everything stays put in all weathers (you obviously need weights which were all supplied!). The quality is the best thing though, even down to the wheely bag supplied. Everything is double if not triple stitched everywhere and it has never leaked or torn. We have done many events on all types of surfaces during the past 12 months and it works well on them all. I'm not sure who these negative reviews are talking about but it certainly isn't the same company that made our gazebo. Our best lockdown purchase and we wouldn't hesitate to buy another when we are expanding.

Can not fault Gala Tent, so impressed with my 6x3 gazebo that I’ve bought another one. Every single person I’ve spoken to at Gala Tent have been full of knowledge about their products and always polite and easy to talk to. Good value for your money too, I had mine up in 25mph winds and she didn’t move an inch (she was anchored down good and proper which obviously is a must). Excellent frame and extremely tough material for the canopy and sides.I would recommend Gala Tent to anyone and everyone, good to see there are still 5 star companies trading. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A massive thank you to the guys at Gala Tents. After another supplier let us down on colour, they came to our rescue at the last minute. An initial phone call, payment and fast van for collection, all within the hour. Friendly, professional and more than helpful. One of the few decent professional companies left who ae willing to help and care about what they do!

Hi there to all new and small business please please avoid at all costs buying a gazebo or cover from this profit driven company. I have had this item less than 5 months and it is fallen appart, when asking for a replacement I was directed to the after sales team ... Very unhelpful un caring terrible customer service !!!! Avoid Avoid AvoidI would like a full refund for the poorly made item but unfortunately this company isn't in to customer satisfaction .....So after getting back in contact (to confirm sales date April 10th) I was asked to provide more proof of damage ... Only to be told Gala tent will no be issuing a refund at all (Regardless of the sales of good act) and will only send out a replacement bolt .... Please guys avoid like the plague ! Such a shame.I splashed out and bought the Gala Pro 50 ( 6m x 3m ) as well as some accessories. It is the second Gala pop-up Gazebo that i have purchased from them....so kind of knew what to expect.Last one was slightly smaller. Anyway, the Pro 50 and accessories arrived quickly and all was good.We used the Gazebo for two outdoor shows with no issues. Always 4 of us putting it up and taking it down, as we all work the stand.However on the third show the pin came away from the plastic that holds the leg at the desired height. ( shown in picture ). I contacted Gala Tents straight away ( end of October ) and was asked to provide images......which we did.I said that i had another show coming up in a few days so needed the part desperately. I was assured it would arrive in time....... It didn`t.This meant we could not use the gazebo for this show. Disappointed, i contacted Gala Tents again. I said our next show is in another week. I was told i would receive the part 4 days before the show. It never turned up. Again i contacted customer services to chase them. Apparently the part was kinda lost by the courier company. So they are sending out another part. It is now due to arrive the day before the show. I can only pray that it does turn up and is the right part, after all the time wasted in emails and calls.I did also ask if there was a `how to do video' for fitting the part. Nope....again a bit disappointing but i`m sure we`ll work it out.We are currently in the process of expanding, which means more shows and potentially more Gazebos or gazebo related accessories. But this after sales service, over something so simple has certainly not instilled the best confidence. If only their aftersales service was as good as their sales services.

Could you pass on my thanks to everyone at Gala tent.  I've unpacked it and I'm simply blown away by the quality build of my pro 40. Everything about gala tent is Professional and its refreshing to deal with a quality company,  you guys are in a league of your own and you all should be very proud of your company and the product.

We've been using them for years and have bought more than ten for our market stalls, and a couple for home too. Great service, quality is fantastic, long lasting and sturdy. We've tried gazebos from other suppliers (easy gazebos & TFH) and these are by far the best. My only issue is the cost of spares such as bolts which is pretty high!.

DisappointedRecently bought the 3x3 pro40 compact after reading many positive reviews around the web which I can only presume are written by their sales team. Upon unpacking the product I wasn’t impressed by the build quality seeming somewhat flimsy and it certainly wasn’t super easy to put up with 2 of us even though the sales team told us that it would be easy for one person by themselves.The first day we used it was in moderate rain and the whole thing collapsed snapping 3 of the trusses.I have since been in touch with the warranty department (strangely their warranty department phone system doesn’t work so have to call sales then get transfered through or wait for a non existent call back) who first said “ooh that shouldn’t have happened” then claim their warranty doesn’t cover being used in the rain! (We should’ve taken it down when it started raining, not sure how this works when we are at a market all day!)All in all very disappointing service.

Purchased the pro 40 compact. Not commercial quality at all. Joints are falling off and the frame just isn't the build quality you would expect for the money you pay.Tried to resolve this using the warranty and they rejected it. there are much better places online to purchase a gazebo from which I now wish I had found before putting my trust in gala tent
