Castle Cars

I very recently purchased a second hand car from Castle Cars, which I love already! They provided a great service, were friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation recommending them and using them again.

Excellent customer service. Car is in immaculate condition. They replaced the cam belt and water pump, did a full service, MOT and 6 month warranty. Very helpful with paperwork and showed me how to use everything on the instrument panel. Highly recommend them

AVOID THIS GARAGE! Bought a Vw Van from here although it was being sold privately through the owners wife I now know why! Was told the van required a replacement turbo but upon inspection it would appear the engine Is seized beyond repair! I definitely would be careful of a business pulling tricks like this

I cannot recommend Castle Cars enough. The customer service is brilliant. Every concern and query surrounding buying a new car was answered in a pleasant friendly knowledgeable way. We waiting a long time without a car for my wife to make sure we brought the right vehicle but it had to be from the right people.We now have a beautiful car that my wife loves. We are reassured by the measures taken to make it as reliable as it can possibly be prior to our collection but just in case, we have 6 months warranty. Buying a car can be scary when you are on a limited budget and don't have car knowledge. Castle Cars are genuine honest people that will take their time talking through options with you. We never felt rushed or pushed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Bought a car from here and there were a few hiccups with the engine (not their fault, was an almost undetectable fault!). They could not have been more helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my car ran smoothly. Cannot recommend enough!
