Worst experience.. i never ever leave negative reviews but I was so disappointed with my experience I feel like I have to with this one:( I booked in for a lash lift. I saw photos on Pannache’s Facebook site of their lash lifts and they looked amazing. I’ve never had any other bad experiences with a lash lift anywhere else. This was my first time at pannache and I wish I never went to my appointment. A young girl did my lash lift and I left the salon with straighter lashes than when I arrived. My lashes were dead straight, they had no curl at all. When I looked closer in the mirror at home, my left eye especially had snapped lashes and bald spots from where my lashes had been pulled out too. The service cost me £33 and I am genuinely so frustrated at not getting a service that should’ve been provided. This has put me off ever going anywhere for a lash lift again. My lashes look awful. Their snapped and broken, and have no curl to them at all. I’m pretty sure the lady at the desk who looked at my lashes afterwards could see how awful they were as she questioned the girl on what shield she used on my lashes. I was too shocked at the time to process how bad my lashes are. Customer service and the staff were lovely but I would give 0 stars for the service I received if I could :(

I absolutely love coming here. It's like home to home. Very welcoming, clean and a homely atmosphere. The girls are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this salon.

The girls at Pannache are really friendly and it's a pleasure to have treatments here. A lovely and relaxing atmosphere also. Would highly recommend!

Seven of us had a spray tan for my daughter’s Hen party, we all were so pleased and mine lasted so long and looked so natural.
