Rang this company today to see if they could fit my puppy cookie in they did straight away at 11.30! What can I say I was more upset at leaving him and was so worried about his first groom but they were great thanks so much and told me cookie was good so it put me at ease and will be using these again thank you so much !! ❤️

Rang up with an attempt to use a new business requesting a full groom and just to ask if there was any free bookings coming up. Was spoken rudely to down the phone and when I explained how I was trying new businesses the lady replied “No I don’t want any new ones” and put the phone down without an attempt to explain nor give reason.

Took my Westie puppy for her first groom today. Only took an hour. Looked lovely when I picked her up and Diane said she had been as good as gold. Will certainly be taking her back.Thanks James and Diane.

Absolutely amazing service, been here multiple times with my bulldog and he couldn't be more loved by Diane! Always comes home gleaming and he cant wait to go back. Ignore any negative comments Diane and James are true diamonds with wonderful customer service!
