Had body work done on my car. I am 100% happy with the results. I will now be using this garage for future work on my car. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and approachable. The lady in the office was very helpful, friendly and chatty.

Unfortunately due to couple incidents we have had some damage done to the bodywork of our car. Whilst damage is usually covered by an insurance policy I have the team at Thorpetone were still happy to advise me on the damage and how to take care of it. Really, really appreiciated.

I would recommend this garage to everyone I’bought a car off of a guy with many issues I took it to Tim the owner of Thorpetone and his mechanics sorted it all out runs like new . All the guys and girls there are magic and so helpful. Keep it up guys .

A good, honest and fair garage run by lovely people.Every member of my family use D&D for all our cars and have done for as long as I can remember.They are highly experienced and really go the extra mile.Today they identified a sheered bolt (damaged by halfords/BMW garage) on my wheel while changing my disc brakes and opted to remove, clean and replace every bolt on the car. 100% above and beyond service!!This amazing service from D&D is also very reasonably priced. D&D charged me 25% the cost of a BMW garage would have and did the job twice as well!!Strongly recommend! I drive over an hour from where I live to use D&D because they are worth it.

Great service. Impressed from start to finish. Booked an MOT on Friday afternoon for Monday morning first thing. Tim came to pick up my car, left me with his vehicle, and then returned my car an hour or so later. Would recommend to anyone.

Great company and excellent staff. Fitted me in at short notice as car was in need of some major repairs. All done professionally & looked brand new. Don't go anywhere else, so professional and always have a courtesy car as need to for work & school.

What a waste of time! I saw the highly rated Google reviews and thought this is the place to go for car repairs. How wrong could I be?!I called before 8am to ask for a quote and I was told to either come at 8.30 or email them. I arrived at 8.30 and the person who checks it was not in the office and I was told by the receptionist that he might not arrive for another 10 or 20 minutes.I drove from 20min away to come and show my car to the garage expecting it to take no more than 10 minutes and being back to work by 9am, but this was a waste of time.What's worse is that there was no apology from the receptionist and she refused to call the person to find out how far he is. If he was 5 or 10 minutes away I could've waited, but I couldn't risk it as time was limited. The whole situation could've been rescued by just a simple phone call, but the straight refusal to do so is incredibly poor customer service. It doesn't cost to make a phone call or to at least apologise for 40min of my wasted time due to their fault.
