We had our caravan serviced today, the service we have had from start to finish has been exceptional, thank you so much

I needed a service and while at the caravan storage I spotted the van of Call Out Caravan Services. What luck. Not only were they able to fit me in quickly because of a cancelation but the quality of their service was magnificent. It was so thorough and all of the issues were explained with clarity. I was very pleased with the price and I feel I got real value for money. I'm selling the van and the documentation they provided is bound to help get that done.

Was able to fix a fault on our motorhome Truma heater, micro switch had failed, was able to do the repair on the first visit, very pleased with the service and will use again.

I had a stupid accident while pulling off a pitch which ripped out my van electrics. After getting home I contacted Call Out Caravan Services and left a voicemail on a mobile number from their web site. As soon as they were available I got a call back to say they had a cancellation and they could be with me at 9am the following morning. My wife dealt with Chris when he arrived and Sid how good he was. Breakaway cable and electrical connections sorted, van fully checked for any blown fuses, tow car electrics checked with a test rig and we’re good. On entering our van a decorators type sheet was placed on the floor to prevent dirt getting on carpets, price for work done was also good value. Highly recommended and will use in 2024 for our service.
