Pride Executive Cars

We have been using Pride Cars in Derby for the past 6 months on a corporate account and they have provided us with the worst service. Their sms notifications never work and then the driver drives off without phoning us. This is as bad for drivers as it is for us. The call center operator we dealt with is rude and highly incompetent as he does not even ask how many people we need a cab for. We have contacted the director before with regards to this service however no change. We are switching to Albatros cars.

I have never used Pride Executive Cars and never would due to my experience with a driver who was arrogant, aggressive inconsiderate and downright rude. There is absolutely no need for anyone to drive in this manner especially near to a school and especially given that you are advertising your services on the vehicle doors!
