We chose Cromwells initially as we noticed a lot of their signs in the area where we were looking. After signing up with them, the sales process was seamless and the house was sold within weeks with an extremely competitive fee which included our solicitors fees. Ian was our linked agent, who sold the house and helped nudge us in the right direction towards a house he thought we would like that we had initially dismissed. After trusting his advice, we ended up also buying with Cromwells and Ian made sure we got a good deal on the house we were purchasing! Throughout the whole sale and purchase, all the staff have been amazing and we would genuinely recommend anyone to use this honest and hardworking estate agent. Huge thanks to Ian who went above and beyond to make sure we could move within the time frame we needed.

The team at Cromwells have been fantastic in the sale of our house. Phil was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to with regard to the valuation. Orla and Ian supported the sale amazingly with numerous calls and emails answered quickly and efficiently, liaising with solicitors and buyers effectively and really worked hard in getting the sale through as quick as they could. I used Cromwells Estate agents to sell my mum's house. From the very start I was made to feel at ease by the staff. They were professional and friendly and ticked all the boxes. Unfortunately we had issues further up the chain with buyers pulling out due to spiralling interest rates. But Cromwells had our back each time. At each reset they instantly went out to their audience and found us new buyers straight away. When news outlets were reporting a drop in house prices, Cromwells found us buyers willing to pay asking price. I cant recommend these guys higher - you won't find an estate agent offering a better service than them!
