A leak in the neighbouring property had flooded my bedroom, staining my carpet very badly, leaving the room with a rather unpleasant aroma too.I was told by the company responsible that the carpet would not come clean but maybe freshen up at best.Cumbria Cleaner Carpets were on the case less than 24hrs after being contacted.Professional and bang on time Cumbria Cleaner Carpets got to work straight away without any fuss or palavers which I always appreciate, big style.The end result was that I ended up with an immaculatly clean, fresh and fluffy carpet which I was told not to expect by the previous company. Result!Yes, it is as good as a new carpet, and no, I am not a robot, I haven't been paid or bribed and sometimes qualify as human and so appreciate a job that's been done real well.Nice one!Ta very much Cumbria Cleaner Carpets.

Fantastic service. My carpets were over 10 years old, I really wasn’t expecting a miracle, but that’s exactly what David delivered! I couldn’t believe how clean he got them, they are like new! Very professional service too, polite, courteous and left the house clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

Dave did a fantastic job of cleaning our sofa. He was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough clean. He is also very reasonably priced and even did a quick clean of our carpet. Highly recommended!

Spoke to Dave a few weeks ago told him that I'd had a stroke and could he clean my carpets (two bedrooms) he also shampooed the headboard for me. Was very helpful and put everything back in its place. I know who to call if I need a good carpet cleaner. Also will pass on to family and friends. Thanks a lot Dave.

Excellent service from Cumbria Cleaner Carpets. Would highly recommend. I was dubious as to whether the carpet would come clean because they were so dirty and stained but the job was fantastic, it looks like a new carpet. David was very professional and I will definitely use him again.
