The doctor was ok but I am still waiting for my health assessment report after 2 weeks! Called many times still no result

Was referred to Nuffield Health South Quays due to longstanding lower back problems, and was attended to by physiotherapist Denada Mullisi. We started the physiotherapy by undergoing a physical check-up, after which she outlined helpful exercises and lifestyle changes that would help in my recovery.Denada provided realistic timelines, which allowed me to set expectations from the beginning. I could tell from the start that she was experienced by the way she described my issues, how these came about and how to overcome these.I am extremely grateful for her patience, professionalism and deep knowledge on her work. She also took time to understand and provide suggestions on how I could incorporate lifestyle changes within the limits of my day job. Throughout the process, she was encouraging and always looking to improve my physio-health (even when I did not make as much progress at first).I recommend Denada’s expertise and Nuffield Health for people who experience lower back issues due to working long hours/corporate jobs as they will truly take the time to assess how to best help you without you turning your life upside down to conduct the suggested lifestyle improvements.Thank you Denada and Nuffield Health. I do not experience any more lower back problems and hope you continue your good work! :)

An awful place with Doctors who dont care about patients. If you can avoid them you need to. after 8 weeks i am still chasing them on a heart issue. They avoid calls and just dont reply. Quite simply if your health is important AVOID at all costs. Evidence of actual medical feedback attached.

Good health club but know body mentioned to me when selling this to me that the club wasn't open at the weekend and to use my local club my an extra charge of 20-50 pounds making this more expensive than than they luxury gyms such as third space and virgin, disappointing

I've interacted with the receptionists and Physio Simon - and have a good experience every time.

They cancelled my appointment last minute and failed to get through to me, wasting my time. If I cancelled I’d be charged. They only said “sorry”

I have had my long physio treatment there and I have only met great people. Be it reception or Physios. Nothing bad to say. Very helpful at all time.

Everything was fine, staff was professional and always willing to explain and guide. Would recommend the health assessment, although I think they could be more comprehensive. The prices, on the other hand, are quite high and don't know if it's worth outside of a scheme.

The changing room are very small and struggle getting changed in peak times have to wait for ppl to leave. Swimming pool is only 2 lanes so expect it to be 2 ppl to a lane and sometimes 3 ppl not really worth the money for such a cramped gym.

I had booked a Life 3 health assessment.They cancelled my appointment 30 mins prior to my appointment minute and said sorry only. Its just annoying that they had to cancel my appointment. I went to the centre, although even they weren't able to do anything. Worst service ever. Never go to this centre.
