DMS blinds were fantastic when I recently purchased a vertical blind from them for my living room,when I contacted them to book an appointment to measure up my window thay come within two days the gentleman that come was polite And well mannered and show me a great choice of blinds.he said it would take 5 to 10 working days for the blind to be made he rung me back within 6 days the next came and fitted the blind ,I would recommend them to anyone excellent service.

Super fitting and service for myself and my mother inlaw. We had a bathroom vertical blind and two lovely roller blinds fitted and we are extremely happy with the look and the professional service. Thank you David.

Absolutely appalling service. Came to the house measured up, waited approx 6 weeks for them to be ready, really looking forward to having them fit. However when fitting day came, the bloke came to fit them, the blinds were clearly made too big and did not fit. Instead of being honest and taking them away to be resized he used brackets to drill them into our brand new upvc window frames instead of fixing up to the wood above the windows. They were all squashed together crossing in front and behind of each other (5 round bay windows) Once done my partner questioned the shoddy workmanship which included several drill holes still visible and pointed out the blinds didn't fit and looked shocking. This is how they are supposed to be fit and look apparently according to the fitter who I think is also the owner! Not only this but the quality of the blinds were poor - very cheap one of the blinds wouldn't even close. Having being quoted nearly £600 I expected good quality blinds and good fitting as standard, needless to say I didn't pay for this huge mess but am still out of pocket having had to pay to repair the windows. Absolutely appalling, Don't deserve any stars.
