Unfortunately picking up and sending the parcels seems to be an inconvenience for the shop keepers. Hermes needs more parcel shops in the town centre!!!

Extremely rude and condescending shop keeper!He spoke to me like I was an ignorant teenager ( I’m 59) and when I asked him not to be rude to me he initially refused to complete my parcel return transaction!Needless to say I shall never go there again!

Hermes have the reputation of being cheap and cheerful. I have received many items by them and can say I have never had any issues
