Great service from Steve and Dave. Arrived within 90 mins, fixed the problem and left it clean and tidy, with the price very reasonable. Can ask for no more. Will use again!

Judging by the reviews here, assuming they are ALL genuine reviews of course, I must’ve been unlucky with my experience.They were asked to sort out a blocked toilet at a tenanted house of mine. My tenants are in their late 70s and early 80s. One tenant suffering from cancer the other one dementia. They were aware of this also. We made this clear on the phone (not that this should affect the quality of service they deliver). They appeared to clear the blockage but it was only temporary (even though they said they had solved the problem).The following day the toilet blocked again. My tenants were extremely distressed. RedRose wouldn’t answer the phone, and I texted them to explain the job had failed, and to ask them when they could return. All I received (eventually) was a one word reply of Tuesday. When I asked again I received exactly the same one-word reply. They clearly weren’t interested in sorting out a job they have been paid for. I was perfectly happy to pay extra if more extensive work was needed. however they clearly weren’t interested. We resigned ourselves to a three day wait.However, managed to get someone that day who was excellent. They were as attentive as Red Rose were disinterested. The problem was eventually sorted. Yes, I had to pay a little more, but didn’t mind this as we received a first class job from a company that clearly cares (unlike Red Rose based on my experience)Based on my experience I can only advise people not to call this company if they feel they might need them to return for a job thats been paid for.You’ve been warned.

Couldn't fault the service!! Quoted on the phone before they came round. Came round the same day and even though it was a little more complicated to unblock they still charged the same price and were done in around 20 minutes. Really friendly and would definitely get round again if needed.

I contacted Red Rose as another plumber had let me down. Dave was very professional and told me he would arrive the next morning between 8.30-9.00. They surely did and sorted the blockage, excellent service. Thank you guys

Would highly recommend. Rang Friday tea time and came round 8am Saturday. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Took 35 mins and cost half of what some companies quoted. Great service

I had a problem with a slow to empty downstairs loo. I got a fast response from Red Rose, Steve was very professional and friendly. The sewer is now unblocked and as good as new!Steve carried out what I would have considered to be extra work to get the drain cleared for no extra charge. I highly recommend the Company.

I have a commercial property with 2 separate businesses. The drains were backing up and Redrose came recommended. Unfortunately the drains could not be cleared without undertaking groundwork’s and needing to fit new drainage.Dave and his team ensured the frontage where the work was being undertaken was safe and that the businesses were not unduly disrupted. After completing the repair work and they put the area back to its original state relaying block paving and be fitting a new inspection cover for better access in the future.The team at Redrose really are excellent and and do an outstanding job.Will definitely use again in the future.
