Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) hotel

We stayed here as we had a very early flight for our holiday. As you can imagine, this hotel is very busy but it was brilliant. It wasn't noisy, which I was expecting.My son has Autism and the reception staff were fantastic. Changed us to a different room without us asking, to give us a better view, and adding us to the special assistance list in case of emergency. All because my son was wearing his sunflower lanyard. It was brilliant service.

Had to stay here because of a 24hr delay. Was a bit difficult to work out where to go as no one from airline was helpful, but it's actually very easy. If you're in the south terminal just get the free train to north terminal and this hotel is across the road from where it stops. Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfy and the food in restaurant was nice. Bar prices were expensive. Would stay again and consider using the night before holiday flights etc.

After a long overseas flight it was great to only have a short walk across the street from Gatwick to the hotel. We had a very early flight the next day making it the perfect location. The room was clean, and there were decent options for a meal. Having a Costa coffee shop in house was a bonus. The staff were professional and friendly. I do have to say thank you so much to Oxana from housekeeping who found my diamond ring that I had inadvertently knocked off the bedside table during the night. Not realizing I had lost it until after I was through security(!), I was able to contact them and the hotel held the ring for me until we returned one month later. Again-thank you!

Very crowded getting to lifts with people pushing in, lift up to reception takes ages to come down.As for the room could only get scalding hot water out of taps couldn't control temp as seized up, sink got blocked due to long hair & god knows what else down plug hole, WiFi diabolical & as being stranded due to strikes etc we needed it to send emails etc.One staff member wasn't particularly nice but the rest were helpful.Certainly wouldn't choose this hotel out of choice.

Stayed for a night , very comfy bed and room, conveniently located just outside the north terminal, extraordinary customer service. We checked in late but happy to find that restaurant was open late night, Chevy, the restaurant staff took an extra effort to arrange food for us specially for my six year old kid and served food that was fresh and warm . No word is enough to express my thanks and gratitude to her. We booked the hotel again for the coming week. Cannot recommend enough this hotel specially if you are flying from Gatwick and need to stay prior or after your flight.Thanks to Chevy and other member of Premier Inn Gatwick North Terminal Hotel team for their amzing service.

Great place to stay for a night before a flight. Super conveniently located directly across from the airport. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Rooms are small but if it's only for a night before a flight it's no problem.

I have stayed here a few times and I cannot ever not compliment them on how wonderful a stay we have. The service is great, the beds are the best! We love the restaurant staff as well. Georgie was excellent at dinner. The food is always fresh and the value is immense!

Excellent service and location if flying from north or south terminal. Friendly helpful staff. Thank you Kevin for checking us in and booking breakfast. Restaurant busy and efficient, food excellent. Great bar atmosphere and rooms comfy clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet great. Would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel itself was lovely and very convenient. Unfortunately I had an an unpleasant experience with a member of staff today however that made me unlikely to return. I was charged 28 pounds for what I believed was simply my early check in fee which felt very expensive compared to my friends paying 10. I was in a rush so did not argue and paid it, returning this morning to speak with the check in staff. The same man was there and when I politely asked him if he knew why I was charged so much more he immediately developed an attitude telling me the amount was correct and that 'he already explained this yesterday'. Only he hadn't.. and even if he had I clearly didn't understand so surely a customer is allowed to ask? He then told me it must have been because I changed my date (I had not) and then told me it was because I hadn't paid in full at booking which still doesn't make sense to me as this never even appeared as an option. This also shows that he didn't know so how would I have known what the charge was previously?Overall I was okay to pay it but just didn't understand why it happened and still don't. I was not at all rude as I'm a very shy person and the interaction left me very uncomfortable. I understand you must deal with hassle sometimes but to jump the gun like that isn't fair and certainly isn't good customer service.

Absolutely perfect, beds was lovely and comfy very nice clean rooms and the food downstairs was also very nice and very reasonably priced too.. all round a good stay. Will definitely be staying the night before my holiday again.. just makes the holiday start that day earlier.. 5 star all round from me
