Purchased a specific length of Exitiex Aquatex joinery seal online, arrived when promised and well packaged. I had found this seal difficult to source by short length, and a quick call to Metal Hardware confirmed they had it in stock and an efficient (by return) reply to an email to confirm delivery. Overall excellent, don’t hestitate.

Just got an iron and mango wood sideboard from Metal Hardware.It is a brilliant bit of furniture, really well made. Staff were very helpful and efficient, and arranged an easy delivery to me via courier.Brilliant!

Ordered aluminum draw pull handles 11 no, absolutely rubbish quality looked like these were hurriedly bent to order, tool marks all-over them and not formed square. E mailed but no response and charged over the top delivery, avoid these clowns.

I placed an order online and was informed multiple days after my purchase that the item I had ordered was out of stock. I was naturally upset by this and when I expressed this in my email response I was met with nothing but a credit note. Not even an apology. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.
