So far appalling service received. Order placed on 26th June for 3 items of school uniform. Turnaround was supposed to be 10-14 days. Called them on 18July and the order hadn't even been processed yet! No communication from the company, and they hung up the phone on me. Shame I'm forced to use them through my child's primary school, otherwise I definitely wouldn't bother.

Amazing service. I've placed 4 orders over last few years and never had any issues. In fact, once I ordered wrong PE shorts and got them exchanged very quickly.

Ordered 19 Tee shirts for a kids camp. Took them two weeks when I asked them if they were sure it would be done by Friday. Then they lost all details of the shirts so I had to resubmit everything. Then I I had to drive to an entirely different location to pick them up. They had no sense of urgency even when you contact them.
